CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimal enrollment must be met in order for our courses to take place. In the event a course must be cancelled, a notification of the cancelation will be made to all students no less than ten days prior to the start of the course. In the event of a course cancellation, enrollees will be provided a full refund within a week of the course cancellation.

Enrollees may cancel their registration no less than five days prior to the course start date for a full refund.

Information provided by class participants will not be sold to third parties.

The name, email address and employing agency of course students may be provided by DEFI only to third party companies assisting with the training to allow access to software / programs utilized by students during the course.
